Steve,

Can you tell me why is there is a 4 hour difference between the modified time column and the actual time when I visited a site? I’m in the (GMT-5) Time Zone. It seems that every time I change the time zone on my computer the modified time column changes 4 hours.

That's a good question. Sorry, but I don't know the answer to it. Embarassed Index Dat Spy just reports what it finds in the files. What version of Windows and IE are you running? And is this something you've noticed in all the index.dat files on your machine, or just specific ones?
