Interpreting the Index Spy Report

First off, great utility!!

My question is, what is the difference between the different "types" listed when you open an index.dat file? When you open an index.dat you have the following listed under "Type": URL, REDR, HASH, BAD FOOD, LEAK and sometimes BLANK.

What do these different types mean, and does any particular type point to intentionally surfing a Website, as opposed to an ad or pop-up on an allowed site? My understanding is that the Cookies are the sites that are visited, as opposed to the Internet Temp Files being more the content, but I have noticed that these different types are present in any index.dat file that is opened.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
