It has been a while since I visited the forum and quite a while since someone sent me the file for System Information that got deleted when I ran vers. 4. I know I saved it at the time but I have had a crash and a reformat since that time. Still I think I have it in a zip file and I was going to attach and send it to you. Guess I can't do that through the forum. I will go back and see if I can find your personal e-mail address so I can attach and send.

msinfo32.exe problem

Postby latefersupper » Thu Sep 14, 2006 8:03 pm

I found the "official" method to fix this problem. Open Notepad, copy everything below the line and paste it into notepad, then save the file on your desktop as "FIXMSINFO.BAT". Double-click on that file and, voila!... problem solved!

Solved! Solved! Solved!

I've been facing many correlated problems for a long time.

My Help/Information Center disappeared/didn't work.

I couldn't repair/reinstall Office 2003.

I have updated de Installshield 11 but the Consumer's Agreement was totally blank.

Many errors everywhere.

Hope everybody finds this solution as I did.

Love from Brasil
